Tolerance: strict tolerance extent control, which can reach +/-0.01mm;
Physical performance: high hardness and impact toughness, very good mechanical & chemical stability.
Carbide is an extremely durable substance that substantially extends blade life up to 20 times over standard carbon steel blades.
Carbide Insert blades come with backside top bevel to allow for the step in the moldboard. Trapezoid shaped inserts can be brazed into the blade “backwards” to create a cleaner road surface, allowing for the back dragging of some underbodies.

A2. We accept Western union, Onetouch, T/T, and L/C. 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or agaisnt copy of BL, or L/C at sight.

A3. For ready to press items, lead time is 20~30 days, while for new molds, it will need 10 days more to open molds. If you have a urgent order, we will do our utmost to push for it.
Q4. What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A4. No limit for MOQ. For non-standard products, mold fee need to be paid, but can be refunded late.
