Product Description
Carbide round bar has excellent hardness, bending strength, concentricity and straightness.
1. Round rod is formed by molding and extrusion.
2. Low pressure sintering integrated furnace is adopted to sintered carbide round rod, with high overall performance.
3. Rough tungsten carbide or round rod outer diameter can be finely ground according to any tolerance.Common tolerances are h6, h7, -0.005, etc.
4. Carbide round bar is suitable for general steel, cast iron, stainless steel, heat resistant steel, nickel base and titanium alloy processing.Recommended for general purpose carbide tool materials, such as twist drill, end mill, tap and gun drill.
5. The length of round rod with diameter from 0.3 to 40mm can reach 400mm.We can also provide products according to your drawings.
Applications
1. Tungsten carbide rods are mainly used for making various kinds of solid carbides like PCB micro drill, drill bits, end mill, reamer etc.
2. Tungsten carbide rods can be used for processing aluminum alloy, stainless steel, heat resistant alloy steel, ductile iron, nickel and titanium alloy, nonferrous metal etc.
3. Tungsten carbide rods can also be used for a variety of plug-ins, silicon steel, cold rolled sheet, stainless steel punch, thimble and punch.
