Tungsten carbide strip is mainly composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt powder mixed by metallurgical methods, including powder making, ball grinding, pressing and sintering. The main alloy components are WC and Co. The contents of WC and Co in tungsten carbide strip with different uses are not consistent, and the application range is wide. As one of many materials, tungten carbide strip is named for its rectangular plate (or square). Tungsten carbide strip is characterized by excellent warp rigidity, high hardness, good abrasion resistance, high elastic modulus, high compressive strength, good chemical stability (acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature oxidation), low impact toughness, low expansion coefficient, and similar thermal and electrical conductivity to iron and its alloy.
